Community REfund is Comunidad Connect's flagship initiative in collaboration with Coldwell Banker Nicaragua. Community REfund is devoted to building individual and community assets with the support of donations from the participants of Nicaragua’s real estate markets. Small portions of profits made on real estate transactions are donated to a fund administered by Comunidad Connect, which then channels the money to pre-approved and locally led projects and to a program for small business development.
