Finca las Nubes

Finca Las Nubes (Farm of the clouds) is located approximately two miles from the ocean some 1200 to 1500 ft. high on a plateau offering a cooler climate than down below. Surrounded by a steep escarpment on two sides and mountains on the other, it offers unparalleled privacy and security.

Finca Java

Finca Java, S.A. was created to provide a vehicle for responsible development. We are creating opportunities for land ownership that are socially, and ecologically responsible, benefits not present in traditional investments. The land would actually produce a positive return on agricultural production alone. We are committed to organic systems which protect the environment and our health.

Proyecto NicaAgua

Provides safe drinking water to homes in the Los Robles community, a village in the Jinotega Province of northern Nicaragua. Works with CC in distributing water filters to families and schools in Los Robles.

Casa Llanta

Employs and educates local community members in the skills of sustainable building, utilizing readily available byproducts, such as tires and plastic bottles, in conjunction with other local materials. Works with CC in support of the El Carrizal community.

Los Quinchos

Gives hospitality to abandoned and mistreated children with the goal to reinsert children in their own society. Works with CC on Sustainable Tourism projects.

Peace Passers

Provides opportunities to play soccer to communities around the world through donated equipment. Supports CC soccer leagues in San Juan del Sur. 

Newton San Juan Sister City Project

Provides appropriate technologies and educational opportunities to the residents of San Juan del Sur. Partners with CC on Sustainable Tourism projects.

San Juan Biblioteca

Offers library services to residents of San Juan del Sur through the main branch and to children in rural schools through a mobile library project. Partners with CC on Sustainable Tourism projects.
